This policy explains what data Nodariq collects when you use the Nodariq Discord bot, the website at nodariq.net and the web dashboard, and how that data is used.

1. Data we collect

• Discord identifiers: server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs and user IDs needed to run the features you enable.
• Server configuration: the settings you choose for each module, such as welcome messages, ticket panels and role menus.
• Feature content: content created through Nodariq features, such as ticket transcripts, application answers, suggestions and moderation logs.
• Dashboard login: when you sign in with Discord, your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you manage.
• Billing: your email address, subscription status and the server a plan belongs to. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to provide and improve the Service: running the bot's features, showing your settings in the dashboard, managing subscriptions, preventing abuse and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Hosting providers, which store and run the Service on our behalf.
• Authorities, if required by law.

4. Retention

Server data is kept while Nodariq is in the server. When Nodariq is removed, that server's configuration and content may be deleted after 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Your choices

Server administrators can change or remove configuration at any time and can remove Nodariq from their server. You can ask us to access or delete data associated with your Discord account by emailing support@nodariq.net.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Nodariq is intended for people who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. Paid plans must be purchased by an adult or with a parent or guardian's permission.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
